Recipe {Honey-Pecan Salmon with Whole Foods}

Monday, January 25, 2016

It is almost the end of January, which also means it is about time for people to fall-off the resolution train. Cookies are tempting, pizza is convenient, and wine is so necessary! Well I'm here with a delicious, satisfying and salty-sweet entree to keep you on track - and your hair luscious!

Yes, a healthy recipe that is filled with good fats and omegas that give you glowing skin, shiny hair, and strong nails!!

If you are one of those crazy people who hasn't gotten on board with fruits and sweets being incorporated into savory mains, this is your ticket - welcome aboard.

The crunch of the pecan makes this dish interesting, while Bee Local honey adds guilt-free satisfaction. The honey-pecan salmon is also extremely filling. This prevents empty snacking, and 8pm text-tears about brownie cravings. A physically and emotionally unhealthy conundrum.

While Whole Foods did provide the groceries for this post, all thoughts and ideas are my own. I frequently shop at Whole Foods in the Pearl and rely on them for a majority of my seafood needs. I trust their sourcing, quality and customer service.

And be sure to come by tomorrow for the Citrus-Avocado salad that makes this a repeatable meal!

  1. This sounds fantastic, I love fish with a crunchy nut crust for texture!
