I often talk about all of the great things I get to do in Portland, but, the truth of the matter is I have only scratched the surface on all of the adventure this city has to offer. Since the options are so overwhelming and abundant I have really started to focus on my must-try list and work all of the restaurants and activities into my schedule and budget. Where do you love to go? Any suggestions?

Remedy Wine Bar is a mini-hop, one skip and no jump from my apartment but I have yet to check out their happy hour and every changing food menu. I love a good wine bar and this has a reputation for being top notch!
Ever since my oldest sister, Sarah, and her now-husband, Chris, introduced me to bahn mi I have been in love. I continue to search for my favorite but hear Double Dragon's is pretty amazing! They also have miso fries and $5 margaritas!
OX is an Argentinian inspired restaurant well known in the area. The Montana girl in me has been missing a good steak and the clam chowder looks amazing! Every time I have tried to go it is packed. Perhaps a Tuesday night would be more probable.
Anyone who knows me knows that I love my bubbles. When I moved to Portland last year one of the first events I heard about was #pdxbubbles. It is an entire week dedicated to "a city-wide celebration of sparkling with Argyle." I hope to check out a few events, especially the oyster pairing!!
Cathedral Park often shows up in wedding photos, on Instagram and must-do visits. While I live relatively close I have never been. I would love to spend an afternoon there taking in the space, reading a book, then wandering over restaurant district nearby and watch the sun go down.
I've never had a bahn mi before, but always wanted to try one! Definitely plan a picnic trip to Cathedral park when it gets nice out again. Take your bike, stay a while, and then ride to por que no for tacos in the evening :)
